Here are the forms you may need to send in to the office for authorisation:

Defra Derogation form-non organic seeds

Organic Derogation form – non-organic trees and plants 2020

Please get these authorised BEFORE you buy the seeds, plants or trees.

Organic Derogation form – non organic poultry & livestock 2020

Please send in this form in good time as this derogation needs to be endorsed by us and sent to Defra for authorisation – you need to have this authorised BEFORE buying in the livestock.

Organic Derogation form – common grazing 2020

For any veterinary procedures such as Tail docking with elastic bands, etc the form for these derogations will now be included in your farming questionnaire which you complete prior to your inspection.
