The certification process whether biodynamic or organic is one of building a relationship. We need to know about your organisation, how it is structured, what is does and what your aims are. You need to know how we can help you achieve those aims and remind you of your principles when you need support. It means we will visit every year, walk the land with you and look through your records. We are on the phone and email when you have a question, need a derogation or a copy of your certificate. We hope that this relationship can be a supportive and developing one, not just an exercise in inspection and red tape.
